Dear Dave,

We are writing to say a big “Thank You” for the shed you supplied for our school farm project. The shed itself is excellent quality and the service you and your team provided in delivering and erecting the shed was second to none. It has made a tremendous difference to the day to day work we do, being able to store feed in it for the animals, as well as spare boots for the children when they visit. The project will move forward quickly this year, and we aim to have a bark path to the middle of the field, with a teaching area in the middle before the summer. We will then be able to host visits from other schools and organisations in the area.

As you know, your shed has pride of the place at the entrance to the field, and we hope that you will get some business when people see it. I am sending out press releases to the Cornish Times, Evening Herald and the Free papers this week, and would hope to get you some publicity from that.
We will have no hesitation in recommending your excellent product and services to everyone we meet.

Thank you for your interest in our project, which is unique this side of Bristol.
